Intown vs. Blue Igloo

Anonymous
We're new to DC so don't know much about any of the playgrounds. We live in Georgetown so are near to both Intown and Blue Igloo. We had a chance to see BI just before things shut down, which in the new space looks amazing.

Putting aside all the caveats about admissions, COVID and not knowing how things will be in Sept, which would you choose? Would love to hear pros/cons from some current/recent parents of both.
Thanks

Neither. Kids that age don’t need socialization. Many of the kids attending will be accompanied but nannies so it’s not a way to meet other parents. It’s also expensive. As long as I have to work to pay my bills, I won’t be signing up for a $5k play group for a one and a half year old. Unless you have college paid for by grandparents or a maxed out 529, I’d instead invest in a 529

It’s great you think the space is nice but your child doesn’t care or notice. Your child just wants to be with you or a caregiver. Not other kids and nannies.

Questionable Troll? Or just very unhappy. Way too negative and not helpful
