| I don't have any suggestions, basically because these cases are next to impossible to prove and therefore very rare, so it would be hard to find someone with actual experience doing one (at least, one that got past a motion to dismiss). But if you think you actually have a claim, I would consult one of the bigger personal injury firms in town, like Olender or Cochran or Koonz. |
