Shady Grove, MDIPA and finding a DC Primary Care doc

I am new to MD IPA and am trying to get started with IUI and maybe IVF with Shady Grove.
The problem:
My OB GYN was my primary under my old insurance, but it looks like she can't be my primary under MDIPA. So to get started I need a new PCP to give me a referral for IUI and IVF. Argh.

Anyone out there working with Shady Grove have a MDIPA-covered PCP in D.C. whom they actually like? I had no idea it would be so difficult to find one who is accepting new patients and can see me before, like, May.
