Falls Church City Camps - what are you doing?

I am frustrated by the FCC camps because their email made it feel like they were going to try to screw us out of our money (I paid for a whole summer of week long camps before all this started) especially by saying if you take the refund and they end up opening, you have to go on the waitlist. If you signed up for FCC camps for your child, what do you all think is going to happen?
