Am I on enough waitlists?

I'm expecting my first in November and plan to start childcare in March 2021. I'm on four waitlists across Old Town Alexandria and downtown DC (including St. Anthony's, which I understand is unlikely to have a spot by March). Is four enough? Should I register for a few more? I'd love to learn from others experiences. Thank you!

Typically, I would say no. But right now, I think people are holding off on putting in applications to see how reopening plays out, so you're probably ahead of the curve.

I feel like COVID has thrown such a wrench in the works it is near impossible to say. I think it's more about where and when you're on a waitlist generally than the number of waitlists. Getting on one reasonable waitlist early is better than being on 4 waitlists later.
