Looking for a divorce lawyer who is familiar with LGBT custody issues - both parents on birth certificate but no second parent adoption yet. Hoping there won't be a battle but just in case, but looking to ensure parental rights as non-birth parent.
My understanding is that Jennifer Fairfax only does second parent adoption, and I'm aware of Zavos but wondering if there are others that people can recommend. TIA. |
