Are Fitzgerald prices negotiable?

I know Carmax won’t budge, but what about Fitz in the current environment? Anyone had success?

Wrong approach entirely.

Start here, find the ideal car, with ideal price and then use this as a base for negotiation locally.

Last time I bought their prices were cheap enough the guy next to me was from Pennsylvania. I didn’t try haggling and was glad they just gave me a cheap price up front.

Gave us a dirt cheap opening offer for a fully loaded Outback, $8K below MSRP last September. Would not negotiate any lower.

Took the deal and paid cash.

Op here, Yeah, but I'm looking at used cars from Fitzgerald, so there's no apples to apples comparison using CarGurus that would help with negotiation.

From the limited responses to my post, it sounds like the price is the price when it comes to Fitz.

Yes, at Fitz it's always been that way. Price is the price they have on the car.

We have bought from them a few times. New and used. Used not as much a fan. New good prices. As for their service, not a place I would recommend. Car in for oil change (they didn't finish the job, we had proof as they supposedly do a multi point inspection clearly that wasn't done as well)

Agree there service dept is not great.

I've been happy with their service dept.

I last bought a car from them in 2015 and was able to negotiate heavily.
