Can you recommend you favorite, softest, buttery comfortable regular black maternity legging? (over bump).
I'm looking for me and also hoping to splurge on a friend who has recently announced. I've seen a few mentions of Hatch around here - is this the be-all-and-end-all maternity legging? Thanks! |
Blanqi! |
Seraphine bamboo leggings. Buy one size up to avoid sheerness they are the softest pants I’ve ever owned. I’m going to buy the under the bump ones after my baby is born in two months. And it’s my last baby. They’re that good! |
Rumor has it brand. I buy them on amazon. They are perfect and inexpensive. |
Honestly, lululemon wunder under high rise was my fave during pregnancy. |
Tried a bunch. Sent them all back except Hatch. Wearing them now. Love them. |
Love, love, love Blanqi!
Bought them at Christmas for 1/2 off! |
I like the Blanqi leggings but they're way too restrictive over my bump now (I'm also having twins, and am 5'0 105 pp, so I'm probably showing a lot faster than a FTM with a singleton). I liked them a lot for the first/beginning of second trimester, but around 25 weeks they stopped being put into the rotation.
I'm still wearing my Zella maternity leggings from Nordstrom Rack though, and I love those! Very soft and forgiving, and nice without breaking the bank completely! |
My fav. are Zella leggings. I have 2 pairs that are pre-maternity that still fit (30 weeks). I realize post pregnancy they probably won't fit anymore bc im sure ive stretched them out.
They also have real bump ones that are great; I got the longer ones but now that summer is coming im toying with getting the crop ones too. https://shop.nordstrom.com/s/zella-mamasana-live-in-maternity-ankle-leggings/4959768 https://shop.nordstrom.com/s/zella-live-in-maternity-crop-leggings/5105192 |
Blanqi!! I’m also loving their “nursing” leggings 4 weeks post partum..intrigued by their post partum jeans but haven’t pulled the trigger |
Lululemon Align! Not maternity but I was wearing them up until the end and they're perfect for postpartum and beyond. Feels like you're nekkid. |
What is the best legging for zero pressure on your stomach?
Thanks for all the responses so far! |
I liked the boob leggings. The material is really soft and thin, so they’re really comfy and not hot. Of all the ones I tried, definitely the least pressure. However, if they’re on the tight side, they get sheer, but it’s not like anyone is going out much now. I’ve kept them even though my belly is pretty much gone bc they’re so comfy. |
I’m the hatch poster. No pressure. I can wear them folded down under bump or over bump. I normally hate over bump but it’s ok with these |
The Seraphine bamboo ones put no pressure on the belly. They are not a compression legging at all. |
