Looking for more than a 10 day supply of Claritin D

| I've got significant year round allergies. Year round I get shots/drops, use 2 nasal sprays, do nasal irrigation and take Claritin D. The problem is that even though Claritin D is over-the-counter, it's like Pseudofed in that you can only get a very limited amount because in large amounts, illegal drugs can be made from it. Do you know what a hassle it is to get to the pharmacy every 7-10 days to get more? I ask my DH and mom to get some as well but DH often forgets and my mom (and all other family) live out of state. The ENTs offices doesn't supply it and neither he or the pharmacist know of a program that would allow people like me to get more than a 10 supply at a time (preferably at least 30). Does anyone here know? I would be happy to register - I have to have my drivers license scanned every time I buy it any way. There have got to be a lot of other people like me out there. Thanks! |

| why don't you take DH and a friend to the pharmacy with you once a month? |

| I suggest asking you doctor to write you a prescription for 30 day supplies. At least for while, you could still get it by prescription, as it was cheaper then buying it over the counter (if you used it all the time). |
