Mine went up about 6 days post trigger shot and stayed consistently elevated for two weeks before dropping a little after my positive blood test but still above what it normally was.

This happened to me too! Elevated, and then stayed elevated throughout pregnancy. Dropped pretty quickly to typical resting HR soon after birth. Good luck OP!
