Lake Pajamas

I’m asking for pajamas for this Mother’s Day and curious about sizing. I’m currently 28 weeks pregnant and generally a size 8 (5’6’’, 155lbs). Can anyone offer any recommendations on sizing or general wear? Are they worth the hype?

I haven't tried the Lake pajamas yet, but I'm looking for pjs for mother's day also. Any alternatives? I was looking at Soma maybe.

I love Lake Pajamas - the best I've ever worn! I got rid of all my other pajamas. I'd say a size Medium would work for you.

I just bought some an really like them. I would do a large. They shrink a bit unless you plan to air dry them. And being pregnant

^for reference I'm 5'5" 125 and wear a small but could size up to a medium comfortably

OP here. Thanks, all! I’m trying to decide if I want to order a Maternity medium or a regular large. I’ll be honest I can’t see myself laying my pajamas flat to dry on a regular basis so maybe a large is the way to go?

What’s so special about these pajamas?

For me, it's the fabric and fit.

They do stretch out when you wear them. So if you wash them and they feel snug, they will stretch out a bit.

I love Lake pajamas as well! I agree a medium should work for you.

Lake is all about the quality of their soft washable fabric, not the style, so personally I don't think Walmart would be nearly the same.

Havent done Lake but I generally like Company Store Pjs a lot.

How much do they shrink? I can't commit to air drying pjs

Just googled. Why are they so expensive????

And you would have to wear something under - bralette at least.
