Checked out some nearby fields and things are more locked down than they were a few weeks back. Entrances to parks and rec areas blocked off etc. The basketball hoops had been taken off the backboards at a park.
There are some accessible turf fields, the goals are blocked. So there are places to kick a ball around and if you have a portable goal. |

| Police dispatcher here. I have literally been taking calls all afternoon from nosy busybodies calling in about kids on soccer fields, playing on playgrounds, not wearing masks etc. So if you do, know that someone will probably call on you. |

Hey how about this approach: if your young and healthy go play have fun if you get sick you'll get over it. if your old or have sickly condition . stay your ass inside and avoid the rest of the world. #strongwillsurvive |

Dear Mr. Policeman. Go deal with the criminals. Kids trying BY THEMSELVES to kick a ball in an empty field are the least of your worries. The kids staying at home in difficult family situations who are stuck there are the ones who need your help. |
