Does anyone know if there are any good antibody tests for this virus ? I’ve read the antibody tests aren’t so accurate. https://www.nytimes.com/2020/04/19/us/coronavirus-antibody-tests.html
It seems the tests can't distinguish between COVID-19 antibodies and other coronavirus antibodies. So if somebody has recently had a common cold caused by another coronavirus, there could be a false positive. |
|
Yes. As it was explained to me by my friend in s korea..i may get some terminology wrong.
South Korea tested on the 30 bases (markers?) of COVID. You had it if you matche 20 of them. This was to exclude other Coronavirus, but take into account different strains. It was a time consuming ( 6 hours) test but low tech and easily replicable. Many govt employees were trained to administer it. Does not hurt that ordinary south Koreans get good STEM education. No one is so utterly stupid and moronic to suggest that we can inject disinfectants.. lol. |
|
South Korean test was made in their equivalent of CDC. Since it was govt created, pharma companies could not profit from it. The govt also bought 80% of all masks from manufactures and distributed it to all people via pharmacies.
|
| Yes, but it's not really available to the public. |
The US needs an accurate antibody test to move forward. The masks for the public saved lives in other countries. Our FDA knew masks saved lives but because they were none available lied to the US public. Lives would have been saved if the public had been wearing masks early on. It’s criminal that the US public was told not to wear them. Telling people not to wear masks killed them. |
But, people were watching news coverage and seeing Asian-Americans wear masks here, right? Is the American public really so gullible and needs people in WH to think for them? Besides - Trump appointees have taken over all these agencies. If you piss off Trump and contradict him you are out. Wash hands. Have a no-outdoors-shoes inside your house policy. Take showers. Eat fiber. Eat healthy foods. Buckle up. Exercise. Get enough sleep. Get off social media. Get an education. Wear masks in public. Stay home. Maintain social distance. Use hand sanitizer when soap and water is not available. Don't touch your face with your unwashed hands. I mean nothing was rocket science. The only thing that I learned from watching the news was not to take Aspirin and Ibupufane but use Tylenol to get the fever down. Are you educated? |
Lol.. every time you say inject disinfectants I am seeing the vodka shots.. vodka - as any alcohol is a disinfectant no? .. so in theory, people are doing it for generations and lol again..
|
Nope. Vodka does not contain nearly enough alcohol, stupid. If you want to drink a 70% alcohol drink, you go right ahead! |
How about a vodka enema? Does that work? We need to ask the stable genius. |
Is it a secret? One thing being available another thing being top secret. |
| I did just have a very bad cold (runny nose, sore throat, sneezing). I am hoping it will protect me against COVID-19 because I was sick for a full week. Has there been any science on this issue? |
Dude, you haven't been places and it shows in more then one way. Let me address your ignorance: 1. Calling names when someone is wrong and knows it is funny.. you are funny. 2. There are PLENTY VODKAS in the world that easily meet 70+ % and you either know it and pretend or are well.. "stupid". 3. There are MORE People in the world that drink a 70% alcohol then it is smart, wise, healthy and good life choice Here is to your lack of education: Do you see any vodka on the list that is above 70%? I do. Do you think that there are no people that dirnk this stuff straight through? They are. Bacardi 151 — 151 Proof The well-known Puerto Rican brand of rum, Bacardi, sells a 151-proof bottle that is 75.5 percent alcohol. Balkan Vodka — 176 Proof Nearly flavorless, you might not even notice that a bottle of Balkan Vodka is 88 percent alcohol. Hapsburg Gold Label Premium Reserve Absinthe — 179 Proof Drinking this bottle of absinthe — made in the Czech Republic — straight wouldn’t be a smart idea, as it contains 89.9 percent alcohol. Bruichladdich X4 Quadrupled Whisky — 184 Proof This Scottish whisky is based on the seventeenth-century method of quadruple distilling and is slated as the most alcoholic single malt ever made, containing 92 percent alcohol. Everclear — 190 Proof Everclear, made in the United States, was the first 190-proof (95 percent alcohol) liquor to be bottled and sold. Spirytus — 192 Proof Polish-made Spirytus vodka — 96 percent alcohol — is the strongest bottle of liquor sold in the world. |
Never heard about alcoholics taking alcohol rectally so they won't smell at work, yet get their daily dose of poison? |
We need to ask them if hey got the virus, if they did not we got the case. |

The S Korean test was actually a very low tech but effective test. It can give a false positive but not a false negative.
This meant that people were able to be cleared for going for work if they were negative, and quarantined and monitored if positive. Family was also quarantined (except for 1 person to go buy essential groceries etc) if a person was tested positive. Simple, cheap, low tech but brilliant. |
