What is living on Staten Island like?

| It is more conservative than most of New York City. There are a lot of cops and firefighters who live on the island. Most republican area by far |

Its working class, people still have strong accents. You should watch movies set there until you can get up there yourself but I strongly advise against writing anything set there until you've visited. Unless you're happy with no one ever publishing your work. |
