La Petite Academy near the VA

Just wondering if anyone knows anything about the reputation of the La Petite Academy near the VA Hospital, or if anyone has had any experience with the chain in general? I'm considering enrolling my 14-month-old there.

We took our 8 month old to La Petite in DC by Children's Hospital and had a terrible experience. After only 2 weeks we pulled her. So many incidents happened in just 2 weeks that I could begin to tell you about them all. They just could never tell us info about her day and we would drop her off to one person in the AM and when we picked her up it was always a different person there that knew nothing about her day. There were so many different people handling her. La Petite has a great corporate backing and thier literature is impressive but its all a front. I do not recomend using any of their facilities ever.

Thanks for your response. I must say I'm a bit surprised--you're right, the chain has a good reputation. I'm in a bind because there are so few day care centers in that area.
