Bad Bunny 2026 Super Bowl halftime performer

Pages and pages criticizing Bad Bunny

But very little criticizing the NFL who made this choice. Oh no, MAGA can't criticize mostly old rich white men.

Even Trump complained and came so close to mentioning the NFL (who didn't cave to him) and then switched to arguing about some football rule

Why MAGA do you allow your overlords to rule over you unquestioned?

I was completely mesmerized. I watched it the whole way through twice. There was so much going on, snd it was so fun. And at the end, when he said God bless America and proceeded to name the countries in ALL of America…I actually cried.

He is an American. He understands America's history better than that orange petty 79 year old

Cults require that even the most blatant lies be repeated. It's the test to see if you are in.

Simple minds are better, more maliable for them

My complaint is the same for all of these performances where the stagecraft takes priority over the music which is that the sound seems drowned out and much weaker. I like Bad Bunny and was looking forward to it. The party fun vibe was there and I know I sound like an Olds, but... the actual music seemed muffled or drowned out. I thought the same way about Dr. Dre half-time show as well. i kind of miss the days of just straight up music performance like Prince or Tom Petty

I saw a video posted from someone in the audience, and they really had no few, just tops of heads running around. Maybe look up what the attendees thought?

It’s malleable, dear.

Also, people are allowed to criticize Bad Bunny and his performance while still being anti-Trump and anti-MAGA.

I didn’t care for the performance, but that doesn’t mean I support Trump (I can’t stand him) nor does it mean I care for whatever alternatives conservative groups put out.

See how that works?

This is like when Trump says "They say" but he pulls "they" completely out of his ass. Totally made up information.

+1. So many posts like this on this thread. “No one has ever heard of Bad Bunny.” “No one likes Bad Bunny.” “Latinos don’t like Bad Bunny.” “No one understands Puerto Rican Spanish.”

It’s like some people here have nothing more than a 4th grade education and don’t realize you need evidence to back up your statements.

I wonder if it’s bots. I would like to think real people aren’t quite as stupid as some of the posts on this thread

You are giving the idiots on this site way more credit than they deserve.

The idiots are the ones who are calling anyone who didn’t enjoy the performance a MAGA or racist.

Sorry baby

Typo blue you're mind

You talk too much not to be maga. Anyone else would know better then to go on about how lewd Bad Bunny's show was when it was mild compared to past shows

Sorry, I can tell

+1 I enjoyed it. My kids enjoyed it. The guests at my Super Bowl party enjoyed it. And apparently, since 135.4 million people watched Bad Bunny, which looks to be the most views of a half time show in Super Bowl history, all of you who didn't enjoy the show and think he's not talented, have the right to your own opinion, but your opinion does not matter, because America tuned in.

Entertaining but I felt the extravagant set and break away took away from the music. Every time I started to get into a song he switched it up. I thought it was a missed opportunity to really showcase his music which isn’t point of a halftime show. Kudos for the creativity however but it wasn’t a great performance but the symbolism was poetic. I did love to see an entire swath of MAGA bigots get triggered over a performance, watching them all have a meltdown about Bad Bunny and the black national anthem was peak white supremacy in full display. Superbowl thanks for blowing the hoods off these people, and exposing them as the true anti Americans in this country.

symbolism was the point. Rapper Jay-z's company has organized the past few Super Bowl halftimes

I’ve watched it over and over again. Amazing performance. So creative, energetic, symbolic, inclusive, everything we need right now.

Yes everyone knows Jay Z is involved in the Super Bowl halftime, how is that relevant?

I am not the poster who complained about it being lewd. I don't think it was lewd nor do I think it was inappropriate in any way. I also don't mind at all that it was in Spanish. I simply didn't enjoy his performance.
