To the many lawyers on the board - did any of you read/post on Autoadmit in the early-mid aughts? It seems to me like there might be some overlap.

I read the college boards but not the law one. I finished college in 05.

I recall a particular hatred for GW law school.

I read the college one when it was Princeton review. It was actually pretty helpful.

The law school board was helpful as well. There were a lot of useful tips about the LSAT and succeeding in law school. It was just tough to cut through the increasing amount of nonsense and misogyny.

What happened to those boards eventually? I was one of the college posters... I remember them becoming more and more of a Wild West and then I quit reading them.

There was a lawsuit from some women who were really badly harassed on the law school site. Some of the posters' identities were revealed. It remained online but really lost all of its utility after that. I think around 2008?
