A Healthy Toddler makes a Happy Me!

Parents and Toddlers-- Join us for a new parenting seminar led by Pediatrician Melissa Arking, MD and Fitness Coach Lisa Reichmann. Discussion important parenting issues such as:
• Potty Training
• Nutrition
• Effective discipline
• Sleep strategies
• Time management
• Fitting fitness into a busy life with children.


Children of all ages are welcome to play and explore the Bender-Dosik Parenting Center while the seminar is in session.

Group leaders are not only knowledgeable professionals; they are also experienced mothers with young children. This 5-week parenting seminar will focus on a different theme each week. Each topic will include a focused discussion, professional guidance, and plenty of time for questions.

Targeted age group: Toddler through Nursery School.

Winter Session:
Mondays, February 1- March 8
10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
No Class February 15
