Yes or no to remote teacher appreciation gift to daycare teacher

My child daycare center is still open only to essential family, and I know some family are using their services. We have pulled out our child since mid- March, and we are still paying. We paid in full in March, about $2k/month, and we are required to pay about $1.4k/month in April & May.
They send us a few videos daily, some worksheet & daily zoom meetup of 10 min. It is better than nothing, but they are not helpful at all. Normally, I am so generous to teacher appreciation week with giftcards, but I feel like our tuition are already their gifts fir this year ( so teachers can get paid). I am not sure if my child daycare is going to do teacher appreciation or not since it is still open. If they do" is it alright & ethical for me to skip to gift them giftcards or any gifts? My child has not gone to school, and she won't attend till who knows when. |

| We are required to pay in summer as well even we may not use the daycare. It sucks. |
