Hi Everyone,

I just purchased a Peleton bike and I have never taken a spinning class in my life. Can anyone please recommend some Peleton classes for beginners?. I have been sedentary for weeks and need classes that will help me slowly build up my endurance. Thanks so much!.

Definitely start out by filtering the classes for "beginner" and do those. Try some different instructors and knock out some 20 minute beginner rides. Don't overdo it because your butt will be bruised/sore for a couple weeks. Once you've sorted out some favorite instructors, search advanced beginner rides with your preferred instructors. The other rides that say "pop ride" or "tabata" or something are NOT beginner rides, so keep that in mind when you're picking your classes! Ally Love and Alex Toussaint have some good beginner rides if you need an instructor to start with.

I love the Emma Lovewell Groove rides. When she calls out numbers do the lower range as you ease into it!

Do 20 minute ones.

Start with the 20 min beginner classes. I like ally love. Then do the 20 min advanced beginner. Then move up to 30 minutes.

Thank you all!
