Definitely start out by filtering the classes for "beginner" and do those. Try some different instructors and knock out some 20 minute beginner rides. Don't overdo it because your butt will be bruised/sore for a couple weeks. Once you've sorted out some favorite instructors, search advanced beginner rides with your preferred instructors. The other rides that say "pop ride" or "tabata" or something are NOT beginner rides, so keep that in mind when you're picking your classes!
