I'm really bad at figuring out calorie amounts to put in my calorie tracker app.
So I ordered a Caesar salad to go but ate half and saved half for tomorrow. Large bowl of romaine lettuce, half a chicken cutlet, a couple croutons, light on the cheese. What would you figure for this? ^ Just ballpark. TIA! |

Chicken - 175 Croutons - 50 Cheese - 40 Dressing? 1T = 100 |

Most restaurant chicken caesar salads are between 700 and 1000 calories so about half of that?
So about 400-500 each serving |

Probably 500-600 if you used dressing.

| OP here. I used less than a tablespoon of dressing. Maybe half of one? I do t like my salads to be too “wet” and soggy. So I get the dressing on the side and just put a tiny bit in. |
New Poster. Restaurants don’t put a whole chicken breast in salads. More like a couple strips = a cutlet. I’d guess 100 calories tops for chicken if OP only ate half. |
