Anyone love the color of their bedroom?

We love our new house, except for the master bedroom. Our previous one had lots of windows and light and I always woke up feeling happy. Not so much in the new one- it’s fine, just a bit blah. I want to make a real effort to decorate it, with paint, curtains, maybe a little couch, so that it starts to feel like a space where I enjoy spending time. Any suggestions? Thanks!

+1 to sea salt! We have it in the kids' bedrooms too (two kids of different genders).

I love love love my bedroom it is a soft yellow with a textured rag cloth in a yellowish/slight greenish tint! In the morning when the light comes in so soft warm and uplifting. I like how it's not just one color and sunny light and bright but soft like faded newspaper at the same time! Hard to explain but the rest of my house is all white BM so glad bedroom is color makes me happy!

I love mine, BM rich cream. It’s a soft yellow.

It sounds counterintuitive but consider going dark like hale navy. I cut it with cream and white bedding and side tables. (And i do have a scenic view and nice light in my bedroom). Planning to add coral colored window panels (it has wood blinds). So the scheme is navy, cream, coral

I LOVE my bedroom color. It’s BM Beach Glass. I love the color, the way it looks different depending on the light, and its relaxing feeling. I’m really happy with it!

BM beacon gray. It’s a beautiful calming light blue.

We have an accent wall in Behr Newburg Green (really a teal) behind the bed. There is a wide range of opinions on accent walls but I'm in the pro if you've got the space. We also have a sitting area on the opposite wall.
