I saw the mention of Fitday on another thread, but find it a little hard to use. Are there any other good ones.
Fitday intrigues me though, I like the way it calculates all the percentages, but find it hard to add foods. For instance I had a turkey sandwich today, but had to add each ingredient separately. Any advice welcome. I really want to lose weight, have lost 8 lbs so far, and joined the gym. Thanks!!! |

livestrong.com the daily plate
free and very good! |

My husband has been using and likes myfooddiary.com
It's not free (I think there's a week or two free trial to start) but he's found it pretty easy to use. Oh, and for something like a turkey sandwich, there are so many variables, that unless it's from a chain restaurant, you're better off putting in all the ingredients. But once you've put something in once, you should be able to do it again without all the steps. |

thanks for inspiring me to download something. I'm hoping that if I can do it on my BlackBerry, I might actually do it.
I went to BlackBerry App World (http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/category/92) and am going to download something free for my BB. I have to upgrade my OS first though. |
But you have to add each ingredient separately because my turkey sandwich (with 6 oz of turkey, a Tbsp of mayo on thick farmer's bread) is not your turkey sandwich... |
