Classika Theater Summer Camp

Has anyone ever sent a child to the 4-6 y.o. camp in Shirlington? I would be interested in hearing your thoughts about it.

yes. My 9 year old has been going since she was 4. It has been a great experience. The staff are very competent and creative. They teach discipline, tongue twisters, voice projection, art. The little ones have a grand time. I have framed most of the artwork.

I agree. My summer bday 5 yr old and his friend went last summer and they just loved it. The art is real rather than Abrakadoodlish and the theater games they learned were terrific; the boys still play some of them. We plan to enroll in their spring break camp and also during the summer. (We also did Theatre Lab last summer and did NOT have a good experience.)
