I was doing shoulder presses at the gym today, in front of a mirror, and I caught a glimpse of jiggling, wiggling, flabby bat wings!
I have always had big arms, but never so jiggly. I just got back to my pre-baby weight after DD2, and am not exercising as much as I'd like to be.... Is there any way to get rid of this short of surgery? I have decent triceps, and will continue to build them up, but I fear I'm stuck w/old lady bat wings! Help me! |
