Suggestions for where to purchase hair pieces/wigs

I would appreciate suggestions for where to purchase hair-piece/wig for my sister-in-law who is going through chemotherapy and has lost her hair.

There is an awsome place in Silver Spring. I do not know the name but I believe people come from NY to get there wigs. Unfortunately I to will nedd this store soon as well. Good Luck!

Lucien et Eivind in DC. I took my mother there as well as several clients. They have private fitting rooms and specialized people with the most wonderful attitudes to help.

I think the store the pp was thinking of was Amy of Denmark in Wheaton. It has a wonderful selection and the staff really know their stuff.

Bravadas in Fairfax. My best friend underwent chemo, and we picked out a wig and some other head coverings there before she started chemo. Then, once her hair started falling out, they shaved her head for her and fitted her with the wig. They were really lovely.

I hope your SIL makes a complete recovery.
