My sister got the best cut she's ever had there. That was 12 years ago.

I used to go there regularly to see Victor. He gave great highlights, but then he got certified in some kind of extension process that costs in excess of $1000 and takes like 4 hours, and he never had openings for just haircuts anymore. It was great while it lasted!!
