All-inclusive in Mexico or Carribbean with 3 y.o.

Could anyone recommend a good AI resort that has kids programs for a 3 y.o., other than Club Med resorts? Most resorts seem to advertise programs starting 4. TIA!

The Beaches family resorts (Jamaica and Turks & Caicos); FDR resorts in Jamaica. There are a bunch in the Dominican Republic, but I don't know much about them. But Club Med has better food than most.

I just posted the same response on another thread so sorry if this is repetitive. Look at the Iberostar Resorts. They are in Jamaica, Dominican Republic, and Mexico. We went to the Iberostar Bavaro (DR) for our honeymoon but there were tons of kids. There are 2 major Iberostar resort complexes in Mexico. There is one in Playa del Carmen which is older, but we have stayed at the Iberostar Playa Paraiso 3 times (once at the Lindo and twice at the Maya). There is a wave pool, kids club, plenty of stuff for kids to do. There are tons of restaurants and the food is decent. The only downside is that the resort complex is HUGE so there is a lot of walking. Good Luck!!

2 of my personal faves that I'd recommend: Sandos Playacar and Riviera in Playa del Carmen. Kids Club 2-12 my 3 year old liked it a few hours a day. Big resort but really good food for an all inclusive. NICE beach and water and pools. If you get some alone time have Dad watch kids and go to the gorgeous spa, it is really good.

The other that I really loved was Barcelo Mayan Palace its an hour south of cancun. You will love it. Kids spraypart right next to beach, terrific a/c kids club with fun activities. My son was 4 when we went he loved it! Begged to go back every day.
