Best way to raise money to support daycare teachers

Hi,

Our daycare is still open, but many kids have stopped coming and they've furloughed a lot of the teachers. A group of parents wants to raise money and distribute it amongst the affected staff. Any suggestions on the best system? We've approached the management, but it can't go through them. We have the teachers' contact info.

Our current thought is collecting Venmo/CashApp accounts from teachers, then having a parent centrally collect money and distribute it. Is there a better way?
