Please Recommend Spanish Summer Camp for 4th Grader with Little Prior Spanish

Am contemplating summer camp focused on learning Spanish for my current 4th grader. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Sidwell Summer has a few wonderful options - our Travelers program held in Bethesda is an 'immersive' summer program - the Spanish session is 6/21-7/2. Teachers include 3 Sidwell Lower School teachers, 2 are native speakers and high school counselors with language experience. All the details can be found at:

An Exploration of Cultures and Languages

Explore exciting world cultures and languages in a fun and stimulating environment! Each two-week session focuses on a single language concentration while exploring an array of regions where the language is predominantly spoken. From the moment your Traveler arrives on campus, they will be led on a journey of language and learning that will open up their minds and eyes to the world (passports not required). This bi-lingual program encourages campers to live in the language and aims to develop each camper’s capabilities as well as confidence in speaking another language. All of this is achieved by the incredibly supportive and comforting environment created by the teachers. Travelers are divided into age-appropriate and/or language level homebases. Open to campers Grades PK-5.

Spanish can also be selected as part of the Explorer Program - our Spanish teacher Pablo is a favorite among the campers! See that site for more details: http://classic.sidwell.edu/summer/explorers/explorers_01.html
