Have you noticed your spouse drinking more?

For those of you locked in with your spouses for going on two weeks now, have you noticed how much they drink -- whether its more than you previously thought or too frequent?

Or are you drinking more together?

No. We don't drink on workdays or the evening before workdays or Sundays in general.

We will have drinks on Friday or Saturday night or on vacation.

Coronavirus has changed nothing in that regard.

We are both definitely using alcohol to cope. Nothing big, sharing a bottle of wine a night, but it’s more than usual.

We're all drinking more. You know, with the end of the world as we know it and all.

We've both been drinking more. We typically never drink on weeknights, but we have been lately. I'm starting to feel gross, so I have pledged to stop doing that and only drink on weekends or possibly if the weather is super nice and I want to sit on the patio or porch with a glass of whatever. But I need to stop making it a habit.

I’ve noticed myself drinking more. My spouse is better at managing stress and anxiety than I am.

I'm drinking more, my spouse not really except he might be a little more since I am.

We are definitely drinking more on weekdays than we used to. It's weird, after my work day is done, it just feels like Friday since I "don't have to go into the office tomorrow." I'm sure I'll readjust at some point.

Yes, a little more wine for me and vodka for my husband. Not good for our weight.

I'm drinking less for sure (intentionally, I've had 2-3 drinks since Jan 1) but wanting it occasionally. Like,I'd like to get drunk but just not doing it.

There will be football stadium sized rehab clinics when this is over....everyone going through the DTs and tobacco withdrawal.
