I really miss my zumba classes.
I have a free pas to Les Mills dance version, but oh my god, they won't shut up. WAY too much talking. There are some zumba classes online, but it's like 95% latin. I guess I'm picky, I want more variety and different kinds of ethnic or genres. I know this is a first world problem, but I really missed my cardio dance classes to let me be my weird middle aged lady dancing self, letting off steam, burning calories, have fun. |

Me too! It is my main source of exercise IRL. I tried this one, which is somewhat similar to my real class - it was ok but at least got me working: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9xVARu14G4A
Any suggestions with specific links much appreciated. |
| Wow, this just made my day! Gold Award to you!! |
OP here - this one actually looks pretty fun! I scrolled through and the music looks pretty good. I can't get into the zumba that's all salsa/meringue/cumbia/Latin. I need some hip-hop, african, Indian/bhangra tunes, but I do love me some reggaeton. But I'll give this one a try! |

Check out 305 fitness. https://www.youtube.com/user/305Fitness
It's more like being at a dance club, but the moves are similar! |
| I am the 11:34 poster. I just did this one today: https://youtu.be/KAjcquskMVc |
| I really like this one- reminds me of the music they played at the zumba classes I would attend: https://youtu.be/KAjcquskMVc |
| I desperately miss my classes at the gym and I'm not exercising now at all. In order to have time for myself I have to leave my house. My kids won't leave me alone for five freaking minutes let alone an hour. |
Get up an hour before them and do obe of the recommended videos. It's important to find time for you. |
| Try the virtual classes from Zsweat Dance fitness in North Bethesda. They're great! |
