Catered lunch for daycare

Anonymous
Question- ordering a restaurant catered lunch for my children’s daycare to thank them for taking care of kids during this time is that tacky? Do you think people would eat it? Neither of my kids have been there for past week, but their preschool is awesome and the teachers are amazing. Also wanted to support local businesses during this time so win/win. Yay or nay to this??

I think it’s nice.

Our family personally is not eating restaurant food right now even for delivery and takeout, but many other people still are. I think those who choose to eat it would be really appreciative and that's a very nice thought.

You are amazing. Just give them a heads up so they know.

Experts have said over and over again that the risk from delivery is minimal.

We need to support small businesses in a responsible manner, and this is how to do it.

Big yay! I'm sure they will appreciate it and it's thoughtful of you.
