Continued invoices from shady grove

I did the donor egg guaranty program with shady grove and, as you know, it was very expensive. I am still getting billed by shady groves - months and months after my last appointment - for services that were submitted to my insurance (which shouldn’t have been) where my insurance didn’t pay the whole amount. I am getting increasingly frustrated by this. Has anyone else experienced getting bills from shady grove like this, long after the service was rendered? Is there anyone you’d recommend talking to at Shady Grove who would be able to help? Thanks

Yes. Their finance department seems to be a complete disaster. No advice here, just keep calling and pestering them
