Anyone have a kid friendly recipe for Mahi Mahi?

Mahi Mahi is on sale at WF, picked some up as an impulse buy. Kids have only had salmon. I've grileld it pre-kids - what to do with it in the winter that everyone will eat?

Put it in fish tacos?

Coat it with bread crumbs and pan-fry it.

Fish tacos or pan-seared with a fresh mango salsa. The kids can help you make the salsa.

Another vote for fish tacos. My kids love them, especially if they get to squeeze their own lime wedges.

Cut them into small squares befor you bread them with panko. Cook in olive oil then tell them they are chicken nuggets. It works every time.

i love thick white fish with mango salsa. fish tacos are good too. you could also just go as simple as sprinkling with some kind of spice blend and pan frying. i do it with lemon pepper sometimes and adobo sometimes and cajun seasoning. ... really anything works.
