| Help! I am breastfeeding and won't eat anything with any artificial sweeteners in it. It is amazingly hard to find low point snacks that are healthy. Anyone have any suggestions, please? |
Unsalted almonds, baby carrots, radishes...I find that if I eat anything sweet as a snack, I get even more hungry. |

Any veggie is zero points. Combine with hummus, make sure you read the label carefully, to get about a 3 point snack.
Sandwich Thins from Arnold, available at Costco, are 1 point. Add half a banana 1 pt, and a little bit of nut butter, 2 pts for a 4 pt sandwich. I like the Cedar Lane Low Fat Burritos, also Costco, 4 pts. Breast feeding gets you those extra 10 pts a day! |
