COVID19: how many absences before withdrawn?

| Our kid is in PK3 at an OOB DCPS. My spouse is in a high-risk group if they contract COVID so we are considering keeping our PK3 student home starting later this week or next week. It would be very dangerous if they contract it and give it to my spouse. We love it there and don’t want to lose our spot. What is our risk that we will be withdrawn, and in what timeline? |

| Call your school. This should be an excused absence. |
