Bright Horizons DOE Infant/Toddler?

Hi does anyone have feedback on the infant or toddler programs at the Department of Energy Bright Horizons? I believe the official name is "Shiela Watkins Child Development Center." Please let me know any pros/cons, etc., and whether it's worth transferring from another center to this one. Many thanks in advance!

We just toured there and four other places (2 other Bright Horizons locations, HUD, HHS). We liked the DOE Center best - there are 3 playgrounds, they take the children to the mall, the staff is very friendly, and the rooms are very bright with natural light. We have a spot there and are looking for a PT family to share with us. Our son is 19 months old.
