PK/K only accept from feeder preschools, which only accept from feeder hospitals. Deal with it.

At any of the schools, you’ll find a mix of kids from public preK, daycares, church based and private preschools. However schools like NCRC, where the parent population skews wealthy and more likely to send their kids to private in the first place, end up being perceived as “feeder preschools”.

This. What is perceived as a "feeder" is simply self-selection.
