| Any recs for places to take squirmy toddlers out to eat in Bethesda? thanks! |
| Cafe Deluxe, Mamma Lucia, Mia's Pizza (on the older side of Bethesda), Rio Grande |
| Austin Grill |
We had a large group that made kind of a scene/mess at Mamma Lucia's and they were wonderful. Very family friendly!

I think everywhere in bethesda is pretty kid friendly.
I like raku, jaleo, moby dick's, the new burger place... |
I would actually NOT recommend Mia's. It's small and low key, but tables are really close together and squirmy kids would be really bothersome and intrusive to other diners. But I highly recommend Mia's for a night out without the kids. |
I think Mia's would be fine with kids-- it's a pizza place, that serves cupcakes for dessert for goodness sake (but then I think just about anywhere in Bethesda would be ok). At Guapo's and Rio Grande they can watch the tortilla machine, if you're willing to stand there with them (or take some dough back to the table). |

| Since he was about 7 yo, my DC's favorite restaurant has been the Mongolian Grill. |

I dunno about Raku, unless its warm enough to eat outside. I hate going there with just DH, its so cramped, I feel like I cant enjoy myself.
We really like Rio Grande, Parker's, Tastee Diner, Pines of Rome. I let one of my friends talk me into going to lunch at RiRa with my rowdy toddlers. I was a bit skeptical about taking my kids to a bar, but we went around lunch time and everyone was really nice. |
