OPKs

We're using OPKs this month and I have a quick question.

I got a faint line yesterday (and a "fainter" line the day before) and a darker line today, which i'm taking as a positive. It just about matches the control line. Anyway, the directions say that the peak reading indicates that I'll ovulate within 12-36 hours. We've taken an every other night approach so far (last night and two nights ago) The peak reading that means we should DTD tonight AND tomorrow night, right? What about the night after? I might be getting old -- we're getting kind of tired!

(And haven't been temping this month, or I could answer my own question using that data.... I'll go back to it next month if this doesn't take.)

I'd say tonight is more important than tomorrow night. Both nights would be best if you can muster it. (I understand, BTW)

I would do tonight. The sperm will survive for at least a couple days so get them there so they are waiting. Then, I would try for tomorrow night or even Saturday morning would be a good bet.

OP here. Thanks so much for the replies. Last night got covered. We'll see if we can do tonight....saturday morning is a good idea, but we already have two kids, so it's a pipe dream right now!!
