Anyone know a decent mechanic that works on a Lexus?

The driver's side door no longer locks or unlocks unless, I manually lock/unlock it. Googled and turns out it's a common problem with my model/year vehicle. Its 2015 ES350 with the actuator. Called the dealership to get an idea of how much the cost would be and they quoted $700. I can't imagine it's going to be that expensive.

After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (- ) battery terminal notices before proceeding with work See: Service Precautions.

DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

CAUTION:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.

Resolving the same issue on my BMW was covered under warranty, but would have cost $850. That price is par for the course when a luxury can is involved. There are a lot of steps involved in simply getting to the actuator.
