OUR APPLICATION PROCESS CONSISTS OF THREE OPTIONS:
OPTION 1 (Application and Video):

IMPORTANT INFO: You MUST bring the following items with you to the open casting call to be considered.
1) Completed and signed application (which includes a copy of your driver's license or government issued photo ID).
2) A few, recent clear photos of yourself. Please also include a few recent photos of your entire family together.
3) 3) Anyone under the age of 18 must download and fill out the Minor's Application (Click here to download).

1. Contact info (please include your name, age, and phone number)
2. City you live in
3. Include a few recent photos of your entire family together (both individual and group photos).
4. A paragraph about why you are the perfect family for this show. Be sure to include a brief explanation about why you need Jillian to move in, kick butt, and change you and your loved ones' lives.

I'd love for her to come but just not be televised ... who needs everyone they know (ok, just those who watch this kind of stuff) seeing a) what a fat ass I am, b) what a horrible housekeeper I am and c) all my other lovely negative attributes!

I wonder how fat you have to be! I have a normal BMI (but still flabby after 2 kids and no exercise), but my husband is overweight, bordering on obese. My kids are totally normal. Can I just get her in my house to kick DH's ass?

I would love to be on the biggest loser I can stand to loose 100 pounds. When is the biggest loser ever coming to Memphis, Tennessee. I am interested and would so desperately like to be on the show. I had the surgery for sleep apnea and I feel myself gaining more weight. I don't want this problem to come back. I need to loose this weight now. I currently weigh 254 pounds I need to loose 100 pounds to get to the size that I am suppose to be at. Please help me.....
