The same thing happened yesterday and I had to delete a bunch of posts. It looks like whoever it was came back again and did it even more. I'm in the process of removing them. I have to say that the soccer and lacrosse forums have attracted more deranged posters than all other forums combined. It's enough to make me scared of either of those sports. |

Please don’t judge soccer by the annoying soccer forum posters! It’s a wonderful sport, and I think you would like it very much. Re the annoying posters, I have always wondered if there were a large number of them, or just a handful. I’ve had the impression that there are just one or two posters (with massive, yet fragile, egos) who feel a need to turn every discussion into a personal attack on other posters, complete with insults. If so, and they could be easily identified and banned, that would improve the forum a lot. There are many thoughtful posters who get drowned out by the blowhards. |
