PK4 Lottery in-bounds preference

If I am moving into a home in April and I know the address, and will have all the proper proof of residency documents by the May 1 enrollment deadline, can I use that address for my lottery application, or will my documents have to show that I resided at that address on/before the March 1 application deadline? (Stroking out about this.)

You can you use address you expect to have. All your documents for enrollment must have that new IB address on them - so by May 1

Doesn’t matter where you live now or in March. Must have proof of residency in proper boundary by May 1
