WWYD? Observations of a hot mess family on airplane

Last night we flew back to DC. Family in front of us had 5 kids (1 was a lap child), mom & nanny.
Lap child was never in a lap. Was bouncing around the sears during take off/landing. We hit bad turbulence during landing & kid bounced up & hit her hear on ceiling.
Kids were throwing skittles at passengers in front. Also lots of screaming. At one point older kiddo (maybe 3rd grade) was dumping soda on younger (maybe 1st grade) brother. Same 1st grade brother definitely peed on the seat. Not on accident. Like stood up- unzipped pants & peed.
Mom moved away from kids midway and sat further up- leaving nanny with 5 kids.

That’s the fact pattern- what would you have done?

Nothing. People can be crazy. Do not engage. At most, say something to the flight attendant. But I would do nothing.

Id I wasn't taking care of my own little ones at the moment, I'd try to help them like a decent human being.

I wouldn't care or say anything unless the noise or the seats bouncing bothered me personally. And then I'd talk to a flight attendant.

Omg they sound truly awful, like spoiled brats. I would have alerted a flight attendant and very loudly told her to please ask the kids to stop throwing skittles and that there is a biohazard on the seat.

There's nothing passengers COULD HAVE DONE but alert the flight attendants of the disturbance of which I'm sure they were already aware of.

Nope. I would absolutely not lend a hand. Not when the mom herself wasn't doing her part.

If this actually happened, the only thing I would do is tell the flight attendant about the pee on the seat. Other than that, not my problem.
