2 feet of different size

I recently notice that my 4 year old have feet of different sizes, one is more like size 10, and the other one is size 9. I find it out when one of his feet outgrow size 9, and the other one is not. Right now, he is wearing size 10 for both feet.
Is it common for people have feet of different sizes, or should I be concerned about this?

Ok, thank you! That is a relief. His 2 feet has not grown for long time, and I was happy that he finally outgrows his old shoes.
