Hiding cable box behind tv

| We just upgraded to Fios 1. The box is now much smaller and could fit behind the TV if I could figure out how to put it back there (tv hanging on wall). Anyone else able to put their Fios 1 behind the tv? If so, how did you do it? |

| I don’t know if I understand, you want the tv to hang off the wall a bit so the box can fit back there? I guess get an articulating tv mount, pull it out a bit, and then stick the box back there. Probably with 4 screws (like pegs holding it from top and bottom) or command strips or something. |

| Most remotes still use IR signals, so if you cannot see the cable box, you will not be able to control it. |

| It is really easy to have someone do an inset shelf between two studs and then frame that, so you hav ea little hidden storage for the box and whatever. |
