Falls Church Mclean Children's center( FCMLCC) vs Easterseals Falls Church

My son just turned 3 and we hope to enroll into either FCMLCC at west falls church or Easterseals at Falls Church this Spring . Currently on top of the wait list for both. What do you think of those two? Both are NAEYC accredited, I believe. Tuition cost about the same.

FCMLCC has low student - teacher ratio, which is good. But I like the Eaterseals daily schedule better and it is closer to parent's office. Eaterseals' playground is not big, someone mentioned it can be overcrowded? but the director said they only have one class at one playground at the same time.
Easterseals has infants downstairs. Will there be noise during nap time?

I want to find a nurturing environment for my son, who is active, social but may not listen to teacher all the time.
