HS soccer question - what is my son attends a HS that doesn’t offer sports?

My son, currently in 7th grade struggles academically. He will likely not attend a typical high school as he has special needs. He is an avid soccer player however and wants to play for a high school team. Since his school won’t offer athletes is it possible for him to play on the team with our neighbor high school or another high school? How does this work?

Several schools fall under a “parent school”; so he could still play for the high school his residence puts him in. Just call and ask, and good luck.

In Arlington, kids that attend HB Woodlawn HS can play for the HS that they are zoned for.
